How to turn off commenting on Instagram posts ?

 Instagram allows users to turn off comments for individual posts, which can be useful for limiting interaction or preventing unwanted comments on certain content. Here's how to turn off comments on Instagram posts:

1. Create or Select a Post: Start by creating a new post or selecting an existing post on your Instagram account that you want to disable comments for.

2. Access Post Settings:

   • If you're creating a new post: After adding your photo or video and writing your caption, tap on "Advanced Settings" at the bottom of the screen.
   • If you're editing an existing post: Tap on the three dots (...) in the top-right corner of the post, then select "Edit."

3. Disable Comments:

   • In the "Advanced Settings" or "Edit" screen, scroll down until you see the "Comments" section.
   • Toggle off the switch next to "Turn Off Comments." This will disable comments for the post.
   • If you're creating a new post, you can also toggle off comments before posting by tapping on "Turn Off Commenting" below the caption box.

4. Save or Publish the Post: After turning off comments, tap on "Done" or the checkmark icon to save your changes. If you're creating a new post, tap on "Share" to publish the post with comments disabled.

Once comments are disabled for a post, other users won't be able to leave comments on that post. Keep in mind that this setting applies only to individual posts, so you'll need to repeat the process for each post where you want to disable comments. Additionally, you can't disable comments on posts from other users unless they've specifically restricted commenting on their own posts.
